Hello! I’m starting the 30 Day Workout Challenge today! I’m kind of nervous because I’ve had some setbacks with my weight. *sigh* I was so happy at 124 and I just ruined it with binges at the end of April and the beginning of May.
DAY 1: How would you rate your level of energy–1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. And post your stats.
I’d say I’m at a 6 most days and some days I feel about 4 or 5 because of the medicines I take for my depression. Sometimes I sleep nearly half the day and I’m still tired.
Heaviest Weight: 141lbs (sept. 2011)
Lowest Weight: 118lbs (2007 maybe)
Current Weight: 132.2lbs (59.9kg)
Ultimate goal weight: 105lbs
I don’t have a measuring tape right now, so I can’t take my measurements I’ll try to find one or buy one soon though!
